In Stock Traycovers
Our traycovers are produced in the U.S. on embossed high-quality 40-pound bond paper using designs that reflect today's trend in food-service color schemes. Samples are worth a thousand words, and we will be glad to send you some.
Our Diet Description traycover helps you to meet the Joint Commission requirements that you inform your patients about their diets. This traycover will soon include the new MyPlate.gov design (see Specials tab) instead of the old Food Pyramid which will soon be retired. And it's as much fun as reading a cereal box when you were a kid.
Some of our traycovers are now produced on non-skid stock. Please inquire about this option when you call 800-435-4874 and ask for samples.
Custom Traycovers
We have an extensive library of full-color artwork from which you may choose. Or we can incorporate your ideas, your logo, your colors and/or your own artwork to design a custom traycover for you. One of our most popular custom traycovers uses your own diet descriptions with colorful artwork.
Although the minimum order on custom designs is 25,000, we can if necessary store them in our warehouse and ship them as you need them. Please call

Holiday Traycovers
It's especially hard for your patients to be in the hospital over any holiday, so brighten their day with a special Holiday Traycover with a 15 x 17 coordinating 2-ply Holiday Napkin.
Holiday Traycovers are available in several different sizes for your convenience. The most common sizes are 13-5/8 x 18-3/4 to fit a 15 by 20 tray; 12-3/4 x 16-5/8 to fit a 14 by 18 tray and 11 x 18 to fit a 12 by 19 or 12 by 20 tray.
These Holiday Traycovers are available in packs of 100 or in cases of 1000. Or we can send you a combo pack: 5 different designs in the 13-5/8 x 19 size only. Please call for additional information, pricing and samples.

Woodstock Dietary Systems offers many designs that can be shipped to you the same day you call
800-435-4874 or send an email to wds_mc.net. All of our menus are printed on 24-pound laser-compatible paper with heat-resistant inks, so they can be safely run through your copier or printer.
We have designs that are printed on different paper sizes to accommodate your established format - 8-1/2 x 13,
8-1/2 x 14, and 11 x 17. The food side can either be blank, meal titles only, or color-coded to correspond with specific diets. Call or email now for samples!
Custom Menus
For thirty years Woodstock Dietary Systems has been a leader in the design and printing of Custom Hospital Menus.
With the advent of the copier and later the laser printer, many hospitals now order the menus with a blank food side and imprint their own food items.
Should you not wish to take on that extra duty, we can imprint your cycled menu items for you.
With a Custom Menu from Woodstock Dietary Systems, your patients will receive each day an attractive menu that reflects your hospital's quality, caring and efficiency.

Pediatric Menus
Colorful, whimsical and engaging -- our stock menus for the little patients will help to brighten their mealtimes.
Run them through your copier or laser printer. The food items can be changed often with a few keystrokes, and you won't have to print more than you use.
Packed 2000 per case, these snappy looking menus should last you a long while.
Holiday Menus
Christmas, New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Patriotic Holidays, or just an all-inclusive generic Holiday Menu.
Celebrate special days with your patients when you use holiday menus provided by Woodstock Dietary Systems. They measure 8-1/2 x 14 (standard legal size paper), have meal titles only printed on the food side, and are packed 100 per package. No minimum order! Holiday Menus are great to have around for special days when no one wants to be away from friends and family.
Tray Tickets
Custom-designed tray tickets are printed on 24-pound white laser-compatible paper with heat-resistant inks (to prevent smudging) and micro-perforations (to prevent double feeding and printer jams).
Consequently, they work flawlessly with your laser printer and will contribute to your efficient tray-service assembly.
They are packed 2000 8-1/2 x 11 sheets per case producing 4000 tray tickets when separated at the perforation. Other sizes and perf configurations can be printed to meet your need for efficient meal assembly. Want samples? Don't hesitate to call 800-435-4874 or email wds_mc.net .
Diet Cards
Assemble the food items on each tray more efficiently when you use Diet Cards for non-selective patient diets. These cards are pre-printed with standard diet colors, which will cut down on the time needed to send each tray down the line and into the patient's room. There is also a Special card and a Blank card that you can write upon depending on patient need. The cards measure 3-3/4 by 2-5/8. The minimum order is only five boxes of 500 cards each (one diet or assorted diets), so give them a try!

Napkins
Our 2-ply facial quality napkins, available in solid colors or white with a rainbow stripe, add color and pizzazz to the patients' tray service. The popular 15 x 17 size can be used to enclose the flatware to keep it sanitized during transport. With a stock or custom napkin band, the flatware package can be assembled whenever there is some slow time in the kitchen.
2-ply pocket-fold napkins, both stock and custom, are available in two sizes: 15 x 17 and 17 x 17. Put your hospital logo front and center while you keep the knives, forks and spoons protected and stationary as they are transported to the patients' rooms.

Napkin Bands
Wrapped flatware is recommended by the FDA to provide protection from air-borne contaminants, so why not make a statement with a colorful napkin band from Woodstock Dietary Systems?
Whether you order from inventory stock or have us design a custom napkin band, the minimum order is only one case of 20,000.
Use the 1-1/2 x 4-1/4 size for paper napkins or the 1-1/2 x 6 size if you use linen.
Essex Menu Cover
Our most popular menu cover, the Essex, is the same menu cover you will find at elegant restaurants. A rigid cover with expanded vinyl turned over stiff board, it is stitched and finished with metal corners with your hospital logo debossed in gold or silver on the front cover.
The Essex holds two full-size inserts designed and printed by Woodstock Dietary Systems or by your food-service department. It is stitched and finished with metal corners to match the debossing.
Half-width clear pockets (as shown in the picture) may be added to the inside front and/or back panels to hold up to four additional inserts.
These menu covers are designed to stay in the hospital room and be sanitized between patients.
Royal Select
Need more room? Our Royal Select Menu Cover can hold up to 8 full-size inserts, either designed and printed by Woodstock Dietary Systems or by your own art department. We will work with you to create what you decide is the perfect menu for your fine dining service.
This rigid, expanded vinyl menu cover with your hospital logo debossed on the front cover is stitched along the edge for strength with metal corners added for durability. It will meet the needs of the most elaborate and elegant menu.
This menu cover is also designed to stay in the hospital room and can be sanitized between patients.
Clear Vinyl Sewn Edge
Menu Cover
Our clear vinyl menu cover is made with 10-gauge (10/100th of an inch thick) re-enforced crystal clear vinyl formulated to reduce wrinkling, scratching and cracking.
The colored vinyl binding is turned and double stitched with metal corners crimped on to promote strength and durability. Although the most popular binding colors are green, navy blue, burgundy, gray and black, there are other options and materials available.
These café menu covers come is just about any configuration you need for all your menu items. Woodstock Dietary Systems can design and print the inserts for you using our library of artwork, or your art department can do this for you.
They are designed to be sanitized between patients.
Laminated Menus
Easy to sanitize between patients, our laminated menus are produced with 3-mil edge-sealed lamination for durability.
The art department of Woodstock Dietary Systems will work with you to create the perfect menu for your room-service dining service. These menus usually have two folds, providing six panels of artwork and food items, but they can be configured the way you prefer.

Disposable Menus
Single-use menus are discarded when the patient leaves the hospital, making them cost effective for you since they take no staff time to sanitize. If the menu lists the carb counts, as many do now, the patient has a learning tool to take home as well.
Many hospitals concerned about the spread of MRSA have changed to a disposable menu.
Our menus are made from cover-weight coated paper, strong enough to withstand a typical patient stay. We can design your menu in the size you prefer, using artwork from our extensive library and incorporating your hospital logo and special message.
Table Tents
Folded stand-up information pieces that are patient specific come on the Room Service tray or are left on the patient's bedside table. With artwork coordinated with your Room Service menu and traycover, they provide a finished look while providing necessary information to the patient.
Common messages might (1) remind the patient on insulin or a consistent carbohydrate diet to call the nurse when the tray arrives, (2) explain the diet ordered by the doctor, (3) express your hospital's desire to provide exceptional service and care, and/or (4) tell the patient where to call if he/she misses the tray when delivered.

Brochures
These are useful information pieces that explain your Room Service Program to the patient and might include the following: information on specific diets, how the Room Service Program works, the program benefits, dining for the patient's guests, frequently asked questions, a list of websites with dietary information, and the survey that will be mailed when the patient returns home.

Magnets
Brightly colored magnets placed outside on the patient door let Nursing and Dietary staff know that a food tray has been ordered, delivered and is still in the room. The magnet comes off when the food tray has been removed.
Acrylic Stands
Information sheets slip into these clear acrylic stands and act as "bookends" for the restaurant-style or disposable menu. This double style is available in two sizes: the
5 x 7 horizontal or the 4 x 6 vertical. Each has two viewing sides, perfect for explaining your Room Service Program, informing the patient how to order for guests, providing safety tips for the hospital stay, enclosing a comment card - whatever best helps you communicate with the patient.

Thermal Rolls
Save staff time, and improve accuracy.
Color-coded thermal paper rolls help your kitchen staff in meal preparation and tray assembly. The pink (or whatever color you prefer) thermal paper prints out in the hot-food preparation area as food orders are received from the patients and keyed into the system. On the green and/or blue thermal rolls the cold food items are printed out for rapid tray assembly.
The white thermal roll provides a printout of all food items ordered and is used to check the accuracy of the assembled items on the patient's tray before delivery.
Each case contains 50 rolls (3-1/8" x 230' ), and the minimum order is just one case.
